"Do not believe a thing that the property tells you. The property is located in a shady place and the service is abysmal. The arrived a little late in the night, by about 9.30 and the people at the reception were all drowsy or drunk. The rooms were not clean. The sheets had dead mites and the were not cleaned. Sheets and pillow were yellowish brown in colour. Were asked for a change of sheets and all their sheets were in a similar condition. Some were even torn. Bathrooms had hair and filth in the toilet and drainage. AC had not been serviced in over 5years and it was blowing out dust. We took 2 rooms and in one, there was a strong smell of sewage waste. Breakfast and food are not included and even if they were, I would not recommend eating it. Even water was not provided. A total waste of money. If you have women as well staying along with you, please do not put them through the trauma of staying here. STAY AWAY GUYS! THE STREETS ARE BETTER"

"Absolutely disgusting hotel — do NOT book this place. The washroom was filthy and completely unhygienic. There was no soap, no towel, and not even drinking water provided. These are the most basic necessities, and this hotel couldn’t even manage that. When we raised these issues, the staff behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. They showed zero concern for guests and acted like complaints were a nuisance. This place is a complete waste of money and should be avoided at all costs. I strongly recommend everyone NOT to book this hotel."

"“Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend” My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were unhygienic, with signs of mice inside. The bathrooms had multiple leakages, and the beds were far from clean. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, behaving as if assisting guests was a favor rather than his job. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

The PNT telephone didn’t work, the washroom was filthy, and there was not a single basic necessity provided—no soap, no towel, and not even drinking water. What kind of hotel operates like this? To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and totally unprofessional when we complained. They clearly don’t care about cleanliness, service, or guests at all. This was a total waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place."

"The Hotel Charge extra, apart from app booking full payment, and no service is been provided, the reception manager says staff are sleeping at 8:00am if you ask for any room service."
